Lighting is the cheapest remodel that changes how a room feels. We install recessed LED, pendant and chandelier hangs, under-cabinet strips, dimmable accent lighting, and full landscape lighting packages. Most jobs include reworking the existing switch circuit so you control zones the way you actually use the room.
For new recessed cans in finished ceilings we use retrofit airtight housings, minimal drywall cuts, and patch the few holes we do open. We coordinate with painters when the scope warrants.
