Workmanship warranty
Every install we perform carries a 2-year workmanship warranty on labor. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it on us.
Manufacturer warranty
We register every major equipment install with the manufacturer on your behalf. That typically gives you a 10-year parts warranty on HVAC equipment, water heaters, and similar systems. We keep the registration records on file.
Repair warranty
Repairs are warrantied for 90 days. If the same symptom comes back inside that window, the return visit is free.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with the work when we wrap up, tell us before we leave. We don't move on until you're satisfied.
